Severe Weather Threat Wednesday In Eastern PA: NWS
Potentially damaging winds, thunder, lightning, hail, and heavy downpours are possible through Wednesday.

It's fall, and we'd like to be picking apples and frolicking in a pumpkin patch.
But instead, it's raining — again. And it's only going to get worse through Wednesday, as a storm system passes through the region, bringing potentially damaging winds, thunder, lightning, hail, and heavy downpours.
The worst of it is supposed to happen after 10 a.m. on Wednesday, when severe thunderstorms are expected to impact Eastern Pennsylvania. "The primary hazard with these storms is expected to be damaging winds," the NWS said.

The National Weather Service has issued a hazardous weather outlook, saying heavy rain could cause localized flooding issues and strong winds.
The severe storms heading our way will first develop early Tuesday afternoon in the Midwest, then gradually merge into a line by the late-afternoon hours, according to AccuWeather.
