It may be below freezing outside but we can at least pretend it's spring this weekend when Rita's opens numerous Bucks County locations.
So what if it’s still nose-numbing cold out there? Rita’s is opening and that can only mean one thing: spring is coming.
The water ice and cool treats chain, with dozens of locations throughout the Bucks County region, will open several locations this weekend.
