Suspected N.J. Murderer Located in Bucks County: Police
A New Jersey man is being held in Bucks County prison on charges related to the shooting death of a 24-year-old woman, authorities said.

A New Jersey man is being held in Bucks County prison on charges related to the shooting death of a 24-year-old woman, authorities announced Friday.
Giver J. Vasquez of New Brunswick, N.J. was arrested around 8 p.m. Thursday in New Hope. He is charged with murder, stalking, possession of a weapon and unlawful possession of a weapon in the death of 24-year-old Alicia Martinez-Izaguirr of New Brunswick, authorities said.

She was fatally shot Wednesday morning in the parking lot of a company on Docks Corner Road in South Brunswick.
Police say Vasquez borrowed a 2004 silver Volkswagen Passat from one of his friends and he used that car to to follow the victim, whom he knew. Around 7 a.m. he approached her in the parking lot of the Docks Corner Road company, where he shot her.

Then he fled in the borrowed car, which he later abandoned. Police determined the shooting was not a random act.
Bail was set in New Jersey at $2 million for Vasquez. He is being held at the Bucks County Correctional Facility, awaiting extradition.
It was not immediately known when he will be returned to New Jersey, authorities said.
