'Suspicious' Man Spotted Taking Photos at School Bus Stops: Police

A suspicious man driving a white SUV was seen taking pictures at bus stops in the Tyler Walk development, Newtown Township police said.

Newtown Township Police are seeking information regarding a “suspicious” man who witnesses said was taking pictures at school bus stops in Newtown Township on Tuesday morning.

According to police, officers received two reports that a man driving a white SUV was taking pictures at bus stops in the Tyler Walk development.

Police said a witness saw the man in the area of Parkview Way and Hunters Way in the Tyler Walk Development around 6:45 a.m. A second report was from the area of Eagle Road and Hillborn Drive shortly before 9 a.m., police said.

“The vehicle was described by both parties as being a white SUV, one of the parties said it was a Ford Explorer and was able to provide a registration number,” according to information from Newtown Township police.

The male driver was described as a white male approximately 50 years old with grey or light colored facial hair.
