Starting with phyllo pie, hand held Cornish pasties, Shepard’s pie, quiche, empanadas, fruit gallettes-tart tatin, and ending with turnovers we cover the whole range of tarts. Join us to learn the tricks of the tart trade. *A $20 materials fee is due to the instructor at the beginning of class. A Full meal is served with this class!
