Teen Killed While Boarding School Bus in Bensalem, Pa. Identified
The girl, 16, was fatally hit on Bensalem Boulevard at Bridgewater Road around 6:40 a.m. Wednesday, police said.
The teen girl who was killed Wednesday morning while boarding a school bus in Bensalem has been identified as Minete Zeka, 16, 6ABC is reporting.
Zeka was hit around 6:40 a.m. while crossing Bensalem Boulevard in the crosswalk to get on her school bus. The Bensalem Township School District bus was stopped with its stop arm extended and red signals activated, police said.
The teen was hit by a driver in a 1984 Ford Bronco heading westbound on Bensalem Boulevard.

Police said the driver stopped at the scene and is cooperating with the investigation. The driver’s name has not been released but he is 18, according to 6ABC.
Police said Zeka was transported to Aria Torresdale Hospital, where she was later pronounced dead.
