Theft At Newtown Bed Bath & Beyond Under Investigation

Newtown Township Police are investigating the theft of a $450 vacuum from the local Bed Bath & Beyond.

Newtown Township Police are investigating the theft of a $450 vacuum from the local Bed Bath and Beyond on West Road.

According to police, the theft was reported shortly after 4:30 p.m. on Feb. 15. Two white men in their 40s entered the store and one of them left carrying a Shark Ionflex vacuum without paying for it, police said.

The men were seen leaving in a white Buick with Pennsylvania registration that had a rear spoiler and a tinted rear window that contained stickers, police said.

The vacuum is valued at $449.99.
