Trail Plan, Bamboo Ordinance On Wednesday Newtown Township Supervisors Agenda
The meeting begins at 7:30 p.m. and includes consideration of a bamboo ordinance and presentation of a trail plan.
The Newtown Township Supervisors will meet Wednesday, Aug. 10 at 7:30 p.m. at the township municipal building.
The following agenda items will be addressed:
- Presentation of a trail plan and motion to adopt a comprehensive trail plan
- Certificate of completion for Walden Square
- Consideration of a bamboo ordinance
- Consideration of Council Rock building permit cost

Officials are expected to address the recent resignation of Michael Gallagher. Gallagher resigned after being confirmed as Bucks County's next Controller.
The board is currently accepting resumes to fill the vacant seat. The board will interview candidates at the public meetings on Aug. 15, Aug. 17 and Aug. 22.
