Vehicle Crashes Into Store At Village At Newtown Shopping Center
The driver was not injured in the crash, but two others suffered non-life-threatening injuries.

NEWTOWN TOWNSHIP, PA — An employee and a customer suffered non-life threatening injuries Wednesday morning when an SUV plowed through the plate glass window at the Ulta Beauty Store at the Village at Newtown Shopping Center.
The Newtown Township Police Department along with Newtown Fire Rescue and the Newtown Ambulance Squad were dispatched to the scene around 11 a.m. for the report of a vehicle into a building off of West Road.
When emergency responders arrived, they found a white SUV wedged in the front of the store and a path of broken glass, damaged shelves, and strewn merchandise inside.

According to reports, the driver was attempting to park in front of the store when the crash occurred.

The driver was not injured, but an Ulta employee who was working inside the store sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to the hospital by the Newtown Ambulance Squad, according to reports.
A customer, who was near the crash site, also suffered non-life-threatening injuries but declined treatment.
The crash is under investigation by the Newtown Township Police Department.
