Village Renaissance Faire helps Newtown Theatre Food Truck Fest
18th Village Renaissance Faire set for Sept 16 & 17 is already giving back by entertaining crowds in Newtown
The Village Renaissance Faire visits Newtown Food Truck again showing that the community can come together to make every event better. Three Village Faire members will entertain the crowd including harpist Betsy Chapman with both a fullsized and walking harp. “Harry McNoggin’s Tree of Gud Thots” will be wheel barreling his wishing tree.
Robert Borton, leader of the Steele Cavaliers, will be portraying Lord Giancarlo del Cervo Nero, a mercenary soldier who will be recruting and training new fighters to serve her Royal Majesty. Lord shall also invite all to partake in the many festival activities occurring on September 16 & 17 at the 18th Village Renaissance Faire.www.villagefaire.org. During the Food Truck Festival they can be found either under their period pavilion or walking with the crowds. No matter, when or where, you will be entertained and have fun as one enjoys the delicious Newtown Food Trucks menus. So arrive early as they will only be the Food Truck Fest from 1-5 p.m.
