A Villanova University professor is facing hundreds of charges in connection with pictures of child porn authorities say he had in his possession.
According to court documents, Christopher Haas, 60, of Wayne faces 415 counts of child porn, plus more than 400 counts of criminal use of a communication facility.
Haas, an associate professor of history and classical studies, was arrested by Radnor Police on March 23, documents show.

According to the Inquirer, Haas has been released from Villanova University. Authorities from the Department of Homeland Security had been investigating Haas since 2012 for child pornography, the report said.
His formal arraignment is scheduled for April 27.
