Weekend Forecast: It's Not Good

It's going to rain all weekend, and flooding is possible.

Remember two days ago, when it was sunny and warm? You may have worn flip flops. You probably frolicked outside, maybe daring to think winter was on its way out for good.

No such luck.

Those 80-degree temperatures from two days ago are a distant memory now, and the wet and chilly weather is expected to continue through the weekend.

A Hazardous Weather Outlook has been issued across the Philadelphia region as the rain could cause local rivers and creeks to rise through the weekend and early next week. "There could be the potential for poor drainage and low lying flooding Sunday with the heavier rainfall," the National Weather Service said.

Nearly two inches of rain could fall through Sunday. The worst of the rain is expected to come on Saturday night into Sunday.
