Welcome Day Returning To The Streets Of Newtown In June
Organized by the Newtown Business Association, this year's event will introduce the NAC Family Fun Zone to the lineup of activities.

NEWTOWN, PA — Mark your calendar. "Welcome Day" is returning to the streets of Newtown in June for a day of fun.
The Newtown Business Association has announced that its "Street Fair With Flair" will take place this year on Sunday, June 14, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sycamore Street.
Presented this year by Capital Health, Welcome Day will bring together the greater Newtown business community for a free, family-friendly celebration featuring live music on the main stage, artisans and crafters, food trucks, local vendors, and lots more.

A new addition this year is the NAC Family Fun Zone for children of all ages, featuring a petting zoo, face painting, photo booth, and games and activities.
“Welcome Day is one of our favorite events of the year,” said Dave Marcolla, President of the Newtown Business Association. “It’s a wonderful opportunity to celebrate our local businesses, our community, and everything that makes Newtown such a special place.”
The event features participation from Newtown-area businesses, nonprofit organizations, sponsors, and community vendors. Attendees can expect a lively street fair atmosphere with something for all ages.
