Spring Wine Walk To Benefit Historic Newtown Theatre

NEWTOWN, PA — Tickets are now on sale for the 2nd Annual Newtown Wine Walk on Saturday, May 16, from 12 to 4 p.m. The event is sponsored by Attleboro Wealth Management, with all proceeds benefiting the historic Newtown Theatre.

During this event, which is modeled after the popular Newtown Holiday Cocktail Trail, ticket holders will enjoy sampling different wines at a wide variety of Newtown Borough shops.

The walk will begin at the Newtown Theatre, 120 N. State Street, where ticketholders will pick up their walk “passport,” a goodie bag, and some free popcorn. The passport will list each stop on the walk and any promotions the shops are offering that day. Passports will also highlight Borough restaurants, which participants are encouraged to patronize while traversing the walk.

“Tickets for the Newtown Wine Walk make a great Mother’s Day gift,” said Andrew Smith, executive director of the Newtown Theatre. “Last year’s event sold out and was a huge hit.”

A limited number of tickets are available at TheNewtownTheatre.com. All participants must be 21+ to purchase tickets and participate in the Wine Walk.
