Winter Farmers Market Set For Saturday

Last weekend's winter market was cancelled due to the storm.

Last weekend’s Winter Market in Wrightstown was cancelled due to the snow. But market organizers are making up for it this weekend.

Winter Markets are held twice a month on the second and fourth Saturdays of the month from 10 to 11 a.m. at the Wrightstown Township Municipal Building, 2203 Second Street Pike.

Shoppers should pre-order specific products by Thursday, Jan. 28. Click here for more information on the winter markets.

Curtido - a traditional Latin American sauerkraut made with green cabbage, onion, carrot, hot pepper and oregano. Delicious on tortillas, pulled pork sandwiches or grilled cheese.
Kim Chi - a blend of Napa cabbage, carrot, turnip, radish in a spicy Korean red pepper mixture. Geat on sandwiches, stirred into rice or in soups.
Kurry Kraut - a blend of green cabbage, ginger, tumeric, and curry spices. Annmarie loves this with scrambled eggs!
Roots Rock Kim Chi - a blend of winter root veggies, with kim chi spice. Perfect for soup!
