Wrightstown Friends Nursery School Expands Programs to Kindergarten Age Children

The school has opened up their Fall program to include 5-6 year olds for enriching and wholesome activities, Monday - Thursday, noon to 3pm.

Wrightstown Friends Nursery School, at 535 Durham Road in Wrightstown, is now offering their Afternoon Friends program to kindergarten age children.

This creative, play-based class can serve to supplement students’ half-day public school experience or provide community and fun for families that choose to homeschool. Their hands-on approach emphasizes cooperative working and playing together. The day includes circle time centered on the weekly theme, art projects, stories and journaling, music and movement, cooking, drama, yoga, outdoor play and wonderful field trips.

School begins September 8. Please call our Director and Lead Teacher of Afternoon Friends, Kate Lightfoot, for more information at 215/771-2113, or email her at KateL@wrightstownfriends.org
