​A young Bucks County woman was shot and killed in a double homicide at a Philadelphia house party over the weekend, according to police.

A young Bucks County woman was shot and killed in a double homicide at a Philadelphia house party over the weekend, according to authorities.

Philadelphia Police confirm Viktoriya Manasyan, 20, from Holland was killed after being shot in the back Saturday at a party on W. Diamond Street, near the Temple University Campus. Manasyan is not a Temple University student, police said.

Manasyan was one of two people who died after being shot at the party. No arrests have been made in connection with the killings, and police continue to investigate.

Records show Manasyan represented Middle Bucks Institute of Technology on the Council Rock High School South student advisory board in 2016.

Police said they were called to the party for a report of a "person with a gun" and when they arrived they found Manasyan on the highway with the gunshot wound. She was immediately transported to Temple University Hospital, where she was pronounced dead at 12:19 a.m.

The second fatal victim, 21-year-old Rashawn Tahir Miller from Philadelphia, suffered a gunshot wound to the head, police said. He succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead at Temple University Hospital at 9:17 a.m.

Two other people shot at the party survived their injuries, police said. A 21-year-old male suffered a gunshot wound to the leg and is in stable condition, according to police. A 23-year-old man who was shot twice in the thigh is in stable condition.

None of the victims are Temple University students, police confirmed.
