Forecasters say wintry weather from northern Pennsylvania to New England could cause some travel disruptions early on in the Thanksgiving week.

Snow is likely to impact parts of the Northeast Monday night through Tuesday. The snow will develop across northern Pennsylvania on Monday evening and spread to New England into Tuesday, according to AccuWeather.

"Stretches of interstates 84, 87, 90, 91, 93 and 95, as well as other area roads can become slick and treacherous," AccuWeather Senior Meteorologist Kristina Pydynowski said.

In the Philadelphia region, we can expect rain from the storm.

As the holiday arrives, we can expect temperatures that feel more like Christmas than Thanksgiving.

The high temperature on Thanksgiving in the Philadelphia region is predicted to be in the upper 20s. An overnight low in the teens is expected. That means those who will be heading out early Friday to get the Black Friday deals will need to bundle up.

Here is the forecast:

Monday night: A chance of rain. Cloudy, with a low around 39. Light and variable wind. Chance of precipitation is 50%. New precipitation amounts of less than a tenth of an inch possible.

Tuesday: A chance of rain, mainly before 1pm. Cloudy, then gradually becoming mostly sunny, with a high near 47. Calm wind becoming northwest 5 to 7 mph in the morning. Chance of precipitation is 30%. New precipitation amounts of less than a tenth of an inch possible.

Tuesday night: Mostly clear, with a low around 29. West wind 3 to 7 mph.

Wednesday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 41. Light west wind increasing to 8 to 13 mph in the morning. Winds could gust as high as 24 mph.

Wednesday night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 21.

Thanksgiving Day: Sunny, with a high near 29.

Thursday night: Clear, with a low around 15.

Friday: Sunny, with a high near 37.

Friday night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 28.

Saturday: A chance of rain, snow, and sleet. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 50. Chance of precipitation is 40%.

Saturday night: Rain likely. Cloudy, with a low around 41. Chance of precipitation is 70%.

Sunday: Rain likely. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 49. Chance of precipitation is 60%.
