Band Preview Day – Saturday February 14, 2026
Do you love to play a brass, woodwind, or percussion instrument? Come join Youth Orchestra of Bucks County instructors at our Band Preview Day on February 14th! Meet other young musicians, participate in group activities, and enjoy making music with others. This event is free to attend, but please register so we know you are coming.

YOBC Friend Day Open Rehearsals – Sunday February 22 and Sunday March 8, 2026
Are you curious about YOBC and interested in checking it out? Come meet other young musicians and get a taste of what it’s like to be in YOBC! Join a YOBC ensemble for the day and play-in with existing students in an open rehearsal.

Friend Day Open Rehearsals will take place at Bucks County Community College, Newtown campus, and are sponsored by the Youth Orchestra of Bucks County.

You’re Invited! YOBC Student & Alumni Recital - February 21, 2026
Join us for an evening of music and community at the YOBC Student & Alumni Recital, proudly hosted by the YOBC Student Advisory Board! This special event brings together current YOBC students, alumni, and staff performers.
Families, friends, and community members are warmly invited to attend. Admission is free, and we hope you’ll stay after the performance to enjoy a small reception.

March Masterclasses
YOBC is excited to welcome two great artists, clarinetist Samuel Caviezel and violinist Luigi Mazzocchi, to give masterclasses this semester. Students and teachers from the community are invited to attend. Seating is limited and registration is required to attend.
Masterclasses are held at Bucks County Community College, Newtown Campus.
Violin Masterclass with Luigi Mazzocchi – Sunday March 1 at 4:00pm
Clarinet Masterclass with Samuel Caviezel – Sunday March 15 at 4:00pm
