The Youth Orchestra of Bucks County (YOBC) returns to the stage on Saturday April 2nd and Sunday April 3rd, 2022. All YOBC ensembles will share their talents and hard work through an exciting concert weekend.

YOBC offers exceptional music education programs for students in grades 3-12 and includes young musicians from over 14 school districts in Bucks and surrounding counties. Four YOBC ensembles will be performing on Saturday, April 2nd at 2pm at Holland Middle School. The Saturday concert will feature YOBC’s three string ensembles, followed by the Philharmonia, performing the famous Emperor Waltz, by Johann Strauss, Jr., Wagner’s Siegfried Idyll, and the familiar Pomp and Circumstance No. 1.

Sunday’s performances include the YOBC Concert Winds and YOBC’s flagship Symphony Orchestra. The two ensembles will be sharing the Sunday, April 3rd concert, held at 4pm at Delaware Valley University’s Life Sciences Auditorium. This concert is not to be missed, as YOBC alumni will be joining the Symphony Orchestra to perform the Finale of Mahler’s Symphony no. 1.
