• Police release information about woman found dead in Happy Valley Casino parking lot (centredaily.com) — Local authorities say a 78-year-old Clearfield County woman died of natural causes after being found unresponsive in a vehicle at the Happy Valley Casino parking lot at the Nittany Mall. State College police and Centre LifeLink EMS responded around 3:20 a.m. Thursday, and while the investigation is closed, the coroner is still awaiting toxicology results, with the woman’s name not yet released.
