1,330 Apartments Coming To West Norriton: Report

Over 1300 new apartments could be coming to the banks of the Schuylkill River in West Norriton, according to a Times Herald report.

A conditional use for O’Neill Properties Group to build four new apartment buildings over groundlevel garages next to the Lofts at Valley Forge was approved unanimously by the board of commissioners on Tuesday, the report states.

The apartment buildings will be off of South Trooper Road and down-river from Route 422, according to the report.

Concerns raised included the possibility of additional police patrols needed, along with the tree trimming along the Schuylkill River Trail that would need to be done, the report states.
