UPDATE: 21 Inches of Snow In Norristown
The blizzard is fast approaching two feet of accumulation in the borough.
There is already more than 14 inches of snow on the ground in Norristown, and the storm is forecasted to last at least into the evening.
Social media reports from “snow spotters,” residents, and fire officials indicated that Norristown had received 21 inches of snow as of about 2:30 p.m.
Snow drifts were piling up to four feet.

Snow is expected to continue through Sunday morning. Residents are asked to stay off the roads and avoid travel.
