$20K Of Property Stolen In West Norriton Home Invasion: Cops
Burglars ransacked two bedrooms and stole $2,800 in cash, jewelry, watches, cash, guns, ammunition, and a laptop.

WEST NORRITON, PA — Almost $20,000 in personal effects was stolen during a home invasion in West Norriton, police said.
The Times Herald first reported the incident, which occurred on the 100 block of Burnside Avenue on July 16.
Police said that a prying tool was used to make entry. Once inside, the burglars ransacked two bedrooms, and stole $2,800 in cash, jewelry, watches, cash, guns, ammunition, and a laptop.

The victim said he did not know who might have stolen the items, but that he recently won a large amount of cash at Valley Forge Casino Resort, and through the burglary could be connected, police said.
An investigation is underway.
