$325K Winning Lottery Ticket Sold in Norristown

Jackpot! The lucky ticket was sold at a local Quick Stop.

NORRISTOWN, PA -- A $325,000 winning ticket to the Cash 5 jackpot from the Pennsylvania Lottery was sold in Norristown on Friday, the Lottery announced.

The drawing was split by two winning tickets, with the other ticket being sold in Allegheny County. The winning ticket in Norristown came from the Quick Stop on 927 Stanbridge Street.

Each ticket correctly matched all five balls drawn, 11-12-15-26-39, the Lottery said. Each ticket will win $162,500.

Quick Stop will earn a $500 bonus for selling a winning ticket.

The prize must be claimed and the ticket validated before the winner can be identified, the lottery said. Cash 5 winners have one year from the drawing date to claim prizes.

The lottery encourages the holder of the winning ticket to sign the back of the ticket, call the Lottery at 717-702-8146, and file a claim at Lottery headquarters in Middletown, Dauphin County, or at any of Lottery’s seven area offices.

The Pennsylvania Lottery awarded more than $114 million in prizes to Montgomery County residents in 2014-2015.
