Tobias Harris, originally acquired via a midseason trade from the Los Angeles Clippers, has agreed to a five-year, $180 million contract with Philadelphia, multiple sources confirmed Sunday evening.

The news comes shortly after the NBA free agency period officially began at 6 p.m. Friday.
"We will always remember Kawhi Leonard's shot bouncing on the rim, and finally, falling through the net," Harris wrote in an essay published by ESPN. "It was a heartbreaking loss, the kind that motivates you to want to get back into the playoffs -- and go even further."

From the five man unit that many considered to be the best in the NBA, the Sixers have already lost one. JJ Redick has reportedly signed a two-year, $26.5 million deal with the New Orleans Pelicans, despite rumors he'd wished to retire as a 76er.
In addition to Harris, the Sixers also resigned a crucial part of their bench on Sunday. They agreed to a two year, $9.8 million deal with clutch shooter and defender Mike Scott.
