Join us at the All Saints Pie Festival & Pie Contest

Get ready for the yummiest day of the year in Norristown! Saturday, September 19th is the 4th Annual Pie Festival at All Saints Episcopal Church (535 Haws Ave, Norristown) from 10am – 2pm. The outdoor festival will feature lots of pie, bake sale, flea market (vendors wanted), kids’ games and activities. Local community service organizations will be on hand including the Beagle Rescue League with their adorable dogs, the Norristown Fire Department where kids can explore a fire truck, and the Norristown Police Department who will provide Child Identification Kits. The Valley Forge Highland Band, one of the oldest bagpipe band in the Delaware Valley area, will start the festivities. The anchor event of the day is the Pie Contest which is open to the public. Proceeds benefit local food ministries and outreach. Judges are local celebrities including Norristown’s Goodwill Ambassador Hank Cisco, Representative Matt Bradford, Congressman Brenden Boyle, and Sheriff Russ Bono along with others from the community. Judging will begin at 11 AM. Winners (and prizes) will be announced following judging. So bring your sweet tooth (forks provided) and enjoy this day of fun for the entire family!
