The Beacon Group of Companies Promotes Virginia Siegle to Vice President of Finance and Administration

KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa. – November 20, 2015 – The Beacon Group of Companies, a broad-based financial services company based in King of Prussia, Pa., is pleased to announce the recent promotion of Virginia “Ginny” Siegle to Vice President of Finance and Administration.

In this new role, Siegle will administer the firm’s accounting practices and procedures, office automation implementation and recording and processing all financial transactions.

“Ginny has been such a positive influence on our firm’s culture and success,” said Brian Menickella, co-founder and head of The Beacon Group’s corporate retirement planning practice. “Her appointment to Vice President of Finance and Administration reflects her impressive leadership and extensive corporate strategy experience, as well as her upbeat energy that rubs off on the whole team.”

Siegle joined the The Beacon Group in 2011 as the company’s Controller. She was responsible for the implementation of an agency management system to provide one combined system for all seven companies. She organized complete change in financial institution for all companies, which produced more flexibility between the entities, allowing growth within the organization.

“I couldn’t ask for a better group of professionals to work with,” said Siegle. “It has been an amazing experience to contribute to Beacon’s growth over the past four years, and I’m excited to take on new challenges while we as a team pursue new heights.”

Siegle has over 30 years of experience in the financial and insurance industries. Prior to joining The Beacon Group, she was a Financial Officer at a Main Line insurance office, where she handled all accounting functions and administration duties.
