The parents of a man who is a person of interest in the case of four missing Bucks County men have retained one of Bill Cosby's lawyers.

The parents of a man who is a person of interest in the case of four missing Bucks County men have retained one of Bill Cosby's lawyers, according to a media report.
Attorney Fortunato Perri Jr., a part of Cosby's defense team in his recent mistrial, is representing Antonio and Sandra DiNardo, Heavy.com reports.

The DiNardos' son, Cosmo, is a person of interest in the case of four missing men in Bucks County. One of the men, Dean Finocchiaro, 18, was found dead Wednesday, authorities said. The cause of his death is not yet known.
Cosmo DiNardo, who was originally being held on a weapons charge, is now in custody on charges that he stole the vehicle of another one of the missing men, Tom Meo.

Cosmo himself is represented by Michael Parlow, of Gallant and Parlow. No charges have been filed against his parents as of Thursday morning.
Perri is a partner at McMonagle, Perri, McHugh & Mischak. Cosby's defense team was led by widely respected veteran litigator Brian McMonagle, who may not be representing the comedian at his retrial in November, according to numerous reports.
Perri, along with McMonagle, has been named a "Super Lawyer" for several years running. He's also been named one of the top 100 lawyers in Pennsylvania and Philadelphia.
