NORRISTOWN, PA — A small brown dog was found in Norristown on Monday afternoon during the rainstorm.
He was picked up and brought into shelter at around 4:30 p.m. near Airy Street and Haws Avenue in the borough.
He appears to be a Chihuahua mix.
