NORRISTOWN, PA -- A 35-pound puppy is on the loose in the borough.
"Charli Baby Girl" is about a year old and went missing on Wednesday, her family said.
She is mostly black with a white chest. She reportedly broke loose from her collar at around noon on Forrest Avenue near the 450 Green Apartments.
