Collegeville Bakery Provides Free Breakfast, Pizza To Norristown Cops On Thanksgiving
To express thanks to local officers for working on Thanksgiving - and 365 days a year - the Collegeville Bakery provided free breakfast.
As a way of expressing their gratefulness on the national day of thanks, the Collegeville Italian Bakery provided free hot breakfast pizzas to local law enforcement officers on Thanksgiving morning.
The bakery provided pies for Norristown Police, Lower Providence Police, Collegeville Police, and Pennsylvania State Police.
"(It's) a tradition we began when we opened the Pizzeria," the bakery said. "It's our second year of making sure our local police know how much they are appreciated, today and every day, with hot breakfast pizzas on Thanksgiving morning!"
