Collegeville Father Owed $3K In Child Support: Sheriff
Eight Montgomery County fathers were arrested in an overnight raid for owing more than $61,000 in child support payments, authorities said.

COLLEGEVILLE, PA — Eight fathers across Montgomery County, including one in Collegeville, were recently arrested for owing more than $61,000 in child support, according to the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office.
A team of Montgomery County Sheriff's deputies spread across Montgomery County overnight last Friday, raiding homes of the suspects from 12:30 a.m. to 6:30 a.m. alongside a K9 unit, authorities said.
One suspect tried to hide, while another was discovered to have a marijuana growing operation out of his bedroom, police said. There were no other incidents in the other six arrests.

The eight parents owed $61,191.44 in total for 10 different children, authorities said.

- Michael Casner of 117 N. Main Street, Apt. 1, Spring City, Pa., owes $1,323.99 for one child
- Ronald Durr of 602 Beech Street, Pottstown, Pa., owes $16,657.18 for two children
- Gregory Graham of 117 S. Wrestler Ave., Gilbertsville, Pa., owes $1,759.51 for one child
- Jonathan Hicks of 310 Collegeville Road, Collegeville, Pa., owes $3,187.76 for one child
- Richard Tompkins, Sr., of 146 S. Main Street, Apt. 2, North Wales, Pa., owes $18,495.78 for one child
- Christopher Whiteman of 21 Fords Edge, Royersford, Pa., owes $2,902.98 for one child
- Zachary Wilkinson of 413 Rhoads Ave., Boyertown, Pa., owes $13,899.00 for one child
- Harley Woodley of 16 W. 10th Street, Pottstown, Pa., owes $2,965.24 for one child
