Conshocken Relay for Life Set for May
Thousands have already been raised for the Conshohocken Relay for Life, coming up in May.

Spring is just a few short weeks away, and that means that it's Relay for Life season for the American Cancer Society.
Relay for Life is a national event held at thousands of high schools throughout the United States. The student-led walks are typically held in May and June. Cancer survivors, their families and members of the community walk around high school tracks all day and night to raise money to help cancer victims and fund cancer research. A moving candlelight luminaria ceremony is held at night, honoring cancer victims.
The Conshohocken Relay for Life will be held on Saturday, May 20 at 10 a.m. at Sutcliffe Park on 10th Avenue.

“This is our community’s opportunity to help save lives from cancer by taking action to move us closer to a world free from the pain and suffering of cancer,” said Bonnie Snyder, Event Leadership Team Chair. “Funds raised from our event helps the American Cancer Society provide free information and support for people facing cancer, and funds cancer research that will help protect future generations.”
