Join us on a beautiful spring afternoon to raise money for the Fresh Smiles Foundation and the Conshohocken Police Association for the 2nd Annual Conshy 5K! All are welcome! Runners, strollers, dogs, etc! Also, don’t forget to wear your bright colors!!! Packet Pickup: Friday April 25th 5-7:30p at Guppy’s (corner of Maple and Elm Streets in Conshohocken). Awards: 1st, 2nd, 3rd place for Men category & women category: 1st place prize – A running analysis from Conshohocken Physical Therapy (valued at $250) 3 & One Month Membership to 8 days later fitness. 2nd place prize – One Month Membership to 8 days later fitness & $100 Pure Spa gift card 3rd place prize – 3 free classes to 8 days later fitness & $50 Pure Spa gift card. Best Dressed group prize – 5 classes each at Tone Zone. Entry: $25.00 pre-registered, $30.00 race-day registration, $200 for a team of ten people. Amenities: 3.1 mile walk/run with family and friends, water station, and professionally chip timed by Bryn Mawr Racing Co. First 300 registered get an originally designed race t-shirt. Sol Yoga pre-run stretch at 9:45am. 93.3 WMMR will be there playing music before and after the race! Members of the Preston and Steve Show will also be in attendance! Post race party at Guppys. The race is sponsored by Premier Urgent Care – Plymouth Meeting.
