NORRISTOWN, PA — Police are asking for the public's help in identifying a man who was struck by a bicycle in the borough on Sunday morning suffered severe head trauma.
The man was hit by a car while he was cycling on East Marshall Street early Sunday just after midnight, at 12:30 a.m., police said.
The man, a Hispanic male, suffered severe head trauma during the incident, police said.

He remains unconscious in a hospital in Philadelphia.
He had no identification on him at the time of the crash and authorities are scrambling to figure out who he is.
