Delco Man Pleads Guilty to Sexual Contact with 13-Year-Old Norristown Girl: Report
A Delaware County man has pleaded guilty to the statutory sexual assault of a 13-year-old girl in Norristown, a report states.
NORRISTOWN, PA -- An 18-year-old man has pleaded guilty to having sexual relations with a 13-year-old girl in Norristown, according to a report.
Cornelius Lamar Jr., of Ridley Park in Delaware County, has pleaded guilty to felony statutory sexual assault, court documents show.
Lamar had sexual contact with the victim twice from June to September of 2016, the Times Herald reports. He will face a hearing to determine if he should be classified a sexually violent predator, documents state.

The report states that Lamar knew the victim's age and was concerned about getting in trouble.
Sentencing will be held at a later date. Lamar remains free on $50,000 bail.
