NORRISTOWN, PA — A golden tan dog with black markings on his face was found in the Norristown area Monday afternoon.
The dog was discovered at the Westover Club Apartments in Jeffersonville.
He was taken to the Montgomery County SPCA on 19 E. Ridge Pike in Conshohocken.
