NORRISTOWN, PA -- A dressed dog was found wandering around Norristown on Wednesday, the Norristown Police Department said.
The brown, un-neutered male dog was found near 100 W. Marshall Street in the afternoon, authorities said.
Police are temporarily holding the dog while they attempt to identify his family.
