East Norriton Woman Charged With 6th DUI, Police Say
When police arrived on the scene, she gave them a false name and a fake, homemade insurance card.

An East Norriton woman has been arrested and charged for her sixth DUI after a crash in North Conventry in September, police said.
The most recent incident occurred on September 1 on the 1000 block of E. Schuylkill Road, according to authorities.
Ronita Davis, 34, was driving a Kia Rio which struck a utility pole, police said. The crash scene was blocking the roadway when officers arrived.

Davis initially gave officers a fictitious name and a fictitious, homemade insurance card and said that she was not the driver of the vehicle.
Police said that they eventually determined Davis' identity and that she was the only occupant of the vehicle when it crashed.

She was taken to Reading Hospital where she was treated for injuries sustained in the crash. A report indicated that she tested positive for cocaine and that she had a blood alcohol content level of .19 percent, authorities said.
Davis will be charged with numerous counts, including DUI, reckless driving, drug paraphernalia possessions, providing false ID to law enforcement, and driving while under suspension for previous DUI's.
A preliminary hearing is forthcoming.
