NORRISTOWN, PA — The Elmwood Park Zoo is debuting a new kind of creature on exhibit this week.

Elmwood is taking things back to the late Jurassic. A "lifelike" and mobile 65-foot long, 35-foot tall brachiosaurus model will be unveiled at the zoo.

The robotic model has been dubbed Dwayne "The Brach" Johnson, after the public overwhelmingly selected that name in an online vote. Other names in the running for Dwayne: Zacheosaurus and Bracha Lee.

The brachiosaurus will be located at the former capybara pond, and will swing its next and move its head. It can also roar in a "Jurassic Park" manner, according to the zoo.

The model was built by Dino Don, a Media-based company, which also contributes a smaller velocipraptor robot.

For children, there will be a dig pit to uncover bones and artifacts, as well as a giant tyrannosaurus rex head for photo opportunities.

The temporary exhibit will be at Elmwood through Labor Day.
