Norristown Area High School DECA announces the 6th Annual DECA Charity Dodgeball Tournament will take place Friday, April 15, at 7 p.m. in ’s gym. Proceeds from the event will go to benefit Team Kristi.
Team Kristi was formed to help Kristi Hertzog and her family. A former NAHS DECA member and a current English teacher at Norristown High School, Hertzog suffered serious complications after giving birth to twins. She is currently at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, where she has been improving for the last six weeks. Kristi will soon be entering the next phase of recovery at a rehabilitation center. With four children at home, the road ahead for the Hertzog family continues to be a long one.
