Forever Fit, the Montco SAAC circuit training exercise facility will be hosting an open house in conjunction with the Health Fair and National Active Aging Week. If your goal is to lose weight and/or stay in shape this is a perfect opportunity to see what we have available.
Forever Fit is open from 8:30 to 4:00p.m. daily. Membership is $10 a quarter for SAAC members or $20.00 a quarter for non members.
