Through a network of volunteers and teachers, the Literacy Council of Norristown helps adults develop their skills in reading, mathematics and language skills to improve their quality of life.

Location? Race will be located in the beautiful Norristown Farm Park with Registration at Whitehall Elementary School, 399 Whitehall Road, Norristown. Registration opens at 8 a.m.
