Montgomery County will celebrate Women's History Month with the Fourth Annual Women's History Month Luncheon, March 28 at 11:45 a.m., at Plymouth Country Club.
The 2012 theme is Women's Education - Women's Empowerment, and will highlight the important role education plays in women's lives.
Montgomery County Commissioner Leslie S. Richards will host a panel discussion featuring local women who have been empowered through their education, and who are empowering future generations of young women through their careers and community service.

A special award will be presented to county resident Barbara Richet, whose life's work in education aptly represents this year's theme.
