Zumba Fitness - Adult Only

Dance your way to fitness to fun Latin Rhythms and easy-to-follow dance steps. It's not your typical workout, with Zumba it doesn't feel like a workout at all! Everyone has a great time movin' and groovin' to the music.  Not every Zumba Instructor has the same style. I just want you to know that we're not all the same, and this is a good thing!  Hope to see you in a class, bring a friend.

High  Impact  Ages 12+ 

  Baile su camino a la forma física hasta y divertida con ritmos latinos y fácil de seguir los pasos de baile. No es el entrenamiento típico, con Zumba no se siente como un entrenamiento en absoluto! Todo el mundo tiene un gran momento moviendo y gozando la música. No todos los Instructores de Zumba tiene el mismo estilo. Sólo quiero que sepan que no somos todos iguales, y esto es una buena cosa! Espero verlos en una clase, traiga a una  amiga/o o familiar para que sea  más divertida la clase.
