One man is dead after a fatal motorcycle crash in Bridgeport last weekend.

BRIDGEPORT, PA — One man is dead after a fatal motorcycle crash in Bridgeport over the weekend, police confirmed.
The incident occurred on Saturday, Aug. 19 at around 7:50 p.m. on the first block of East Fourth Street, according to authorities.
The victim, a 56-year-old man, was traveling down East Fourth Street when his bike "began to wobble," the Times Herald reports.

He then lost control of the bike and crashed into a utility pole.
The man was taken to Suburban Community Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
