Fins, Wings, and Other Creek Things
Sunday, August 30th at 2:00 pm, join a creek program at Norristown Farm Park (entrance: Barley Sheaf Dr. & Germantown Pike)
Explore Kepner Creek for aquatic wildlife. We should find insects that live in the stream as well as fish, salamanders, and frogs. Learn to evaluate water quality using a biotic index. Wear sturdy water shoes or old sneakers. Expect to get wet! Ages: adults and children 5 and up. Free, but pre-registration is required: 610-270-0215 or rking2@montcopa.org.
