Former Norristown Teacher, Buckingham Woman Who Had Sex With Student Violates Parole

A former Norristown teacher convicted of involuntary deviant sexual intercourse with a student is back behind bars after violating parole.

NORRISTOWN, PA — A former Norristown teacher who had been on parole after having sex with an eighth-grader is heading back to jail after violating parole, according to court documents.

Jessica Streeper, 36, of Buckingham Township, was sentenced in August of 2015 to 9 to 23 months in Montgomery County prison on charges she had sex with a student at Eisenhower Middle School in 2014.

Streeper violated parole by not properly registering as a sex offender with state police, according to The Times Herald. When she pleaded for parole in January, she cited her reason as a desire to spend more time with her children and her sick husband.

A subsequent investigation led police to Streeper’s relationship with the student.
