FOUND: 'Affectionate' Pomeranian Wandering Norristown Streets

NORRISTOWN, PA -- A male Pomeranian dog was found wandering the streets of Norristown on Saturday, January 30.
The golden dog only had on a pink flea collar that seemed old, finders said.
No microchip was found.
